TheNakedWhiz Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 I just tried this recipe for the first time and it's a keeper. It goes on my list of recipes of things to do for company: Qbabes Coffee Crusted Pork Tenderloin Redeye BBQ Sauce The sauce is the secret to this dish, so don't try making the pork without the sauce. This is an easy cook and great dish to impress your friends with your new cooker and your cooking skills!
Porkchop Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 all of the bold flavors involved makes me think this would also be nice for a BEEF tenderloin! it sounds great! i would have to try it with sugar-free subs, tho will definitely give it a try... is there a wood that especially compliments coffee???
TheNakedWhiz Posted March 29, 2006 Author Report Posted March 29, 2006 I didn't use any smoking woods with this one. I wanted to see what all those flavors were about!
Roland-B Posted August 28, 2006 Report Posted August 28, 2006 I tryed the recipe that T N W submitted for pork tenderloin, it was very good, will do this again. I will leave out the salt and pepper, think theres enough salt in the ketchup and worchestershire sauce. Roland
reck_law Posted May 1, 2008 Report Posted May 1, 2008 bummer link lost It sound interesting (coffee good). But the link is lost Jeff
Amphoran Posted May 2, 2008 Report Posted May 2, 2008 I found this link. Is this the same recipe? http://www.bbqu.net/season4/404.html Mike
reck_law Posted May 2, 2008 Report Posted May 2, 2008 thank you mmm thank you That looks like a diner that will keep me awake. Jeff
Chunkylover77 Posted May 3, 2008 Report Posted May 3, 2008 The recipe from the link is not working any more but that sounds suspiciously like Raichlens recipe which has the same name. Either way it is very good as I've made it a bunch of times and each time it was delicious. Maybe eventually I can actually make it in a KK. A guy can dream.
reck_law Posted May 6, 2008 Report Posted May 6, 2008 I too am dreaming of one of these babies. The honey do list keeps my "free cash" low. Extend the deck fix the model rail road I have running around the ceiling and many more Jeff
