If I'm throwing a party, then I'll do an additional brisket on the main and then do a couple on the upper grate if it's a larger party or if I'm taking a brisket to the local fire station or police station. Im constantly amazed at how accommodating my BB 32, TheBeast, is when it comes to cooks.
