OK I bit the bullet and bought the 5 rack stainless model. I'll let you know after Christmas how it works. Wife won't let me use it until then

Beef Jerky Setup on Kamado

Here's an interesting link I found on Ebay. Somebody with a Komado is doing a large batch of beef jerky. Looks like he has 10 racks going. Wonder what temp he's able to do it at?

So, I guess you can figure out a way to get enough on there huh. DJ, coould you get to work welding up some racks and rack seperators for us so we can have this going pretty soon. We love you man

That is funny. You know I went to the guys feedback just to see what he's bgt recently and he has a large dehydrator as his latest buy. So he's gonna make jerky and sell it but he don't have a camera to take his own pics or what?

Maybe he thought AlanZ's looked better.

Yeah, I like the part about the homemade smoker too. Yeah, trust this eBay seller who lies through his teeth about most everything he said in his auction - hehehe. That is why I try my best to find my stuff from somewhere other than EBay if I can. The funny part is 9 times out of 10, I end up finding it cheaper somewhere else too. Just gotta be diligent.

Well, he may have bgt it and then basically did a rebuild like Maj did...and that's pretty much homemade. But seeing as the pics show it ain't even his cooker...he's been busted bad.
