short rib help need ideas

So I walked into the butcher to get some short ribs the meat case was empty inn that spot so I asked if they had any they sure I the back how many pounds you want I said a few he came back with a bag and I paid got home then realized how thin they were. I wanted to smoke them but dang they are thin..... any ideas??

My favourite for those is Korean BBQ style.  Marinated and seared at really high temps.

That's what came to mind but I really wanted to do it low and slow with some nice smoke
