Eddie mac
Do you fill your basket like you would with regular lump charcoal. This will be for a 18 hour low and slow. Thanks in advance
tony b
I break the cocochar stix up (hit one against the other perpendicular) into roughly halves (they fit better in the basket). Go 3/4 full. Put a pile of regular lump (medium sized pieces) on the top and light them to help get the coco started.

You light the regular lump not the cocochar
Aussie Ora
So. You light the regular lump not the cocochar The coco takes a bit to catch alight so people use regular to help it get going .a Mapp torch would workOutback kamado Bar and Grill
