I started the initial ordeal by a supplier in Mexico and when I did receive an e-mail (which rarely happened) and some promises, nothing happened. I then learned of KK and was amazed that Dennis gets right back to you almost immediately and answers every question thoroughly. What a pleasure so far. As to the Mexi-K, I believe they are slowly but surely losing their business due to no return phone calls, no follow-up and although I could not believe it, I witnessed it and now I am ready to place my order.....
