Always up for a little venture - with all these orders I better make another couple of batches - LOL Here is a money shot after opening a jar last night. It tasted every bit as good as you can imagine and set up beautifully.
I made another batch last night that I think came out even better. (and I'm getting better at grilling peaches). I might make a third batch this weekend, take lots of pictures and post it as a recipe. But wait if we are going to startup a "Reef Jam" venture I might not want to give away all my secrets - LOL
This is a danger of having a KK grill. You find that you can make food as good as, if not better, than a restaurant. After a while, you start running out of restaurants to go to.
