I ordered one for my 32 but not the 23. I like the idea of a larger pit. I have not taken delivery as of yet but know it will be great. I think for the little extra it is worth it to grab now.

I spoke with the customs broker on Friday who confirmed my delivery is in Vancouver. He said that it had not yet released, so I hope that it is now on its way. They said December 2nd to the 4th is the ETA to Toronto...

I had a recipe I used
The fire was caused at 350 with foil wrapped in deflector. The temp had dropped a bit so I opened it back up to raise the temp. That caused the grease on the foil to catch

I have purchased a bunch of new cooking items for my KK grills and thrown away some of my old stuff that I do not use anymore.
I have learned over the past 3 or 4 years what I use and don't use.
I purchased a set of enamel cast dutch ovens and pots as well as a skillet, and recently ordered the cyberQ wifi remote on Roberts request.
I am ready to go and can't wait to start cranking out some serious cooks on these bad boys!!!

My favourite is pull the stem, and stuff with a mixture of cream cheese, minced garlic and sundried tomato, topped with asiago cheese!!!!!

I ground down a blade roast Saturday and pressed the burgers after a double grind. hit them with dizzy pig dizzy dust and let them sit over night. Cooked for lunch yesterday and they were soo good!!!

good news feeling is back, just some pain and discomfort at the tip from the slice. It has stopped bleeding and I have a good scab forming up. I am going to keep polysporn on it and try and get to the doctor this week if I can just to be sure

The saga continued. There is a six day delay as my container was pulled for inspection. So the container was just released and should arrive in Toronto on the 8th by train.
Hopefully the last leg of the journey
