Got home late today and found my collection card for me to collect the parcel, from the post office . bugger my local post office has a early morning pick up .At 6.30 am I have to start work at 6 am tomorrow.   16. Got a nice collar butt from my local butcher. .injected it with some apple sauce,peach juice ,Brown sugar and some bourbon. Then gave it some rub. . On it goes over peach wood. .Gave it a baste of the peach sauce. .Can't wait. Outback Kamado Bar and Grill
