  1. Thought I would spin a trip tip for a burger .gave the tip some rub..and skewered it ..on it goes with a bit of cherry..looking good ..got some buns toasting away.....yum..   15. Peach BBQ sauce. Somethings get lost in the back of the cupboard like ckreefs grilled peach the ruby red has long gone lol. so here are my ingredients .I got my insperation from hey grill hey but added some liquid gold and dizzy pig pineapple head. .mixing it up. . I let it come to the boil then simmer for 20 min then strained .. .let cool down . Love the canning jars .. and into the fridge for everything to meld together tastes bloody awesome.   17. I used to work on the prawn trawlers out of Darwin and we would catch the best that you would not see in the shop exported straight away .u8 is what we call a leader prawn huge .but I find it bland have to add something to it Outback kamado Bar and Grill
