Love Kalbi, but have never done it sous vide. Might have to give it a try next time!
Works great just sear at the end and your good to go. Very tender but yet crispy on the outside

This time it is chicken sausages that I made last year and thought a breakfast casserole would be good.
Started with removing the casings and sliced the sausages, next time I think I'd crumble them.
Grease a casserole, and add hash browns and some green onion.
Then cheddar cheese, I didn't have any yellow.
Add the sausage and milk sauce. It is ready for 45 mins in the 375F KK.
Baked.
Plated.
Looks yummy nice cook

FWIW when I built my last house in 2000 I installed all Monogram appliances including their 48" built in SxS, 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, oven & MW. Worst appliance mistake I've ever made. No love here for anything Monogram.
Just my 2 cents and maybe all its worth.
We have Dacor now and love it all except the Samsung fridge I like that too I just wish it had a defrost drawer other then that it's nice

My favourite for those is Korean BBQ style. Marinated and seared at really high temps.
Quick search will find you a ton of recipes.
Something like this: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/141716/korean-bbq-short-ribs-gal-bi/
That's what came to mind but I really wanted to do it low and slow with some nice smoke

The kamado continues to impress me with its steady temp. This is my second attempt with the pan my children bought me for Fathers day.
My first was a mixed paella with chicken chorizo and shrimp
This was monkfish shrimp mussels and scallops...newer saffron as well so much much better result....
The pan was a matfer beurgot 15 or 15.5 inch black steel pan which fits the 23in grill like it was made for it
A pic
I just bought the same pan thanks to your post...... can't wait to use it.... how did you season yours when you got it?

That might make a difference lol if you have to drive an hour I know all about distance .used to live a days drive away to the closest town
Outback Kamado Bar and Grill
That's the only reason I bought that nice pelican cooler because it's 120 degrees out here and when we go out shopping we go to multiple stores and with the cooler we don't have to rush anymore

Nothing worse to coming home to meat that's still half frozen .I gave up years ago freezing .I just hit my butcher on the way home
Outback Kamado Bar and Grill
When you live in the middle of the desert literally you like to go stock up when it's on sale and not drive an hour each way to go get fresh meat
