It's a thing of beauty!

Anyone ever tried putting a wok in their KK? You can get such hot direct heat in the lower area which would be great for wok cooking. Curious if anyone has done well with it.

Yum! Where did you get the baking steel?

I whipped up a hot fire blowing a hair drier down into the coals. Read that in a few forum post, thanks. Tossed 3 tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, 1/4 red onion and a whole jalapeno in salt, pepper and a little avocado oil. Flipped the small grate upside down to get it close to the heat. Got a nice char on everything. I put a little extra char on the tomatoes with some long tongs and a welding glove right next to the coals. Put the whole thing in the Cusinart with lime juice, cilantro and salt and pepper. Salsa with a touch of char.

Nice Job! Did you use a little wood (smoke) or straight charcoal?

4th - The bid day. Started 2 briskets overnight on Monday. About 7:00 am I added 5 racks of pork spare ribs. Took off the Briskets around 10:30 and spread out the ribs. Everything came out perfect. Used hickory for the smoke. I think I'm going to like this grill!

The grill came and we got in place on Friday. Dennis said he'd get it to me for my party on the 4th and did. To be sure I did ruin 40 lbs of meat for the part I wanted to do a few test runs. Saturday I did a rack or spare ribs. Didn't think of taking a pick until it was to late. I did a brisket overnight Saturday into Sunday. Brought them both to work for everyone to eat. Big hit! This is the brisket.

The pallet came up a little short from the patio hard surface so we built a 2 foot extension to the crate top ramp and success!

Needed to back it down this steep slope that was already a mess from a previous piece of equipment without ending up in the water.

Used a tractor with forks to meet the delivery truck at the end of the street. The streets to narrow and the truck was to long
