About Me

I bought my first smoker a Traeger about 16 years ago.  I cook a lot for charity and fundraisers.  I have quite a few smokers, grills, pizza ovens, flat tops and other cooking toys.

 

We entertain quite often and I enjoy cooking for family, friends and employees.
