One of the most prolific posters was Steve Graves, under his handle Ask-A-Butcher. He was a great resource and shared his meat & BBQ knowledge freely. Steve had recently been in and out of the hospital fighting mrsa infections and lost his battle last week. He was a great guy and will be missed.
