Material flaking on inside of dome.

No worries, it’s a cosmetic coating used to cover the inner material that’s not very attractive..it’ll soon be black as you continue to cook.

Yeah, it's normal for that to flake off - no worries. btw - Dennis doesn't recommend high heat cleaning cycles. 725F is pretty high, even for a pizza cook. Just some advice going forward.

Amazing how good the airflow is and how quickly it can go isn't it? :D
