Troble Posted April 18, 2023 Report Share Posted April 18, 2023 My work travels took me to Charleston, SC this week and I made a stop at Rodney Scott BBQ i got the whole hog plate with baked beans, Mac n cheese & cornbread. Plan to do a couple of chicken leg quarters to check two of them out. If folks are interested, they are being sold by The Spice House, up in Milwaukee. Pork was nice but I’m not a Carolina sauce type guy so I preferred the Kathy’s sweet sauce for my liking.
