Problems with Komodo Rotisserie Cradle - Pin Doesn't Fit!

Recommended Posts

I've only had my KK for a couple weeks and wanted to show off it's capabilities.  I invited friends to taste the food.  I went to set up my rotisserie cradle and came to a serious road block.  The 'male' pin (image 4029) is simply too big for the 'female' spring loaded receiver (image 4030).

I don't know if this forum is the place to resolve things like this.  I'd really like to get this pin replaced with one of a proper size ASAP.

If the forum can't help with this, please direct me to where I can get this resolved.

The male fitting measures 9.51mm while the receiving end measures 8.78mm.

Heylo..
Please always contact [email protected].  I can't look up your order/grill because your email on this forum differs from the one you purchased your grill with.  The problem is this is a 23" grill/sleeve with a 32" cradle/shaft.
