You have to at least be a member for 1 day and make 1 post (used to be 2, but I downgraded it a bit) to be able to post a link (pics are also links). Am I missing something here? jdbower Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 My sister is a high school chem teacher and did pumpkin experiments over Halloween. She brought home the remains and had to find more creative outlets than pies, the family favorite was the pumpkin flan.
Sanny Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 I have a really good recipe for pumpkin coconut cake with cream cheese frosting. Tastes sort of like carrot cake, actually. Very delicious. And the addition of chocolate chips doesn't do any damage!
