Yes, Very much like oysters.. with a lil' woodsey flavor..

Chilled with condiments I would have eaten a bucket!

I ate some clams set into mangrove charcoal that had just a tad of smokey flavor and were amazing..

BTW I just discovered that Guava is GREAT smoking wood..
