mk1
Re: Daughters third bday today Somewhere I have pics of the 15 wild children whose parents ate this food...they had spaghetti! DennisLinkletter
Re: Daughters third bday today As they look pretty BIG I'm guessing 5lbs per rack that's a whopping 45lbs of uncooked ribs sitting there.. Glad we over build, over engineer everything..
mk1
Re: Daughters third bday today They were probably about that heavy.... It is built like a tank. I really enjoy cooking on this thing! I opened it once in 4.5 hours to check on the rack accross the top, it was fine. This weekend I am going to cook a pork butt. I can't wait. tony b
Great looking spread! Love beef ribs, too, but by the time they're done, there's so much shrinkage that it seems like there's twice as much bone as meat! Lately been sticking to the boneless ones, doing them Korean style.
