Ribs and chickens.... By the time the chickens came off I forgot the pics....fortunately there were leftovers to prove it happened.

Re: Daughters third bday today Somewhere I have pics of the 15 wild children whose parents ate this food...they had spaghetti! The chickens were cooked after the ribs....350 for a coupla hours

As they look pretty BIG I'm guessing 5lbs per rack that's a whopping 45lbs of uncooked ribs sitting there..

Glad we over build, over engineer everything..

They were probably about that heavy.... It is built like a tank.

I really enjoy cooking on this thing! I opened it once in 4.5 hours to check on the rack accross the top, it was fine.

This weekend I am going to cook a pork butt. I can't wait.

Thanks, that cook looked so good that I just went to the freezer to pull some ribs out for dinner, only to realize I'm out of stock.....hmpf. Bone-in ribeye it is.

Devin is 5 now.....and for her party it was beef ribs AND pork ribs....AND chicken....And burgers....wow....

Love beef ribs, too, but by the time they're done, there's so much shrinkage that it seems like there's twice as much bone as meat! Lately been sticking to the boneless ones, doing them Korean style.
