I really enjoy cooking on this thing! I opened it once in 4.5 hours to check on the rack accross the top, it was fine. This weekend I am going to cook a pork butt. I can't wait.

She is another year older and my KK turned one this month Devin loves ribs and that is what she wanted at her party..... So I made Big Bob Gibson's sweet rib recipe (modified) and Brats. dogs and sliders

tony b Posted November 18, 2013 Report Posted November 18, 2013 Great looking spread! Love beef ribs, too, but by the time they're done, there's so much shrinkage that it seems like there's twice as much bone as meat! Lately been sticking to the boneless ones, doing them Korean style.
