enif420
Hey, I bought 23 Komodo Kamado two year ago on November 2013. I have been very happy with the excellent product and service of Dennis. I had a situation that I lost the silicone plug for the barbecue guru. Well, about nine months later I was looking in the box that came with the barbecue.Sure enough Dennis put in five extra plugs. I must honestly say that does not surprise me. That is just the way Dennis is. I found the original the next day. This summer we are trying to keep the house cool. We have been using the Komodo daily. We do rice, pasta, bread, pies, vegetables, meats and whatever we wish to cook. This is after we had to buy a new stove. We used the oven once to check it out. We have not used it since. ( except for morning coffee ). I think I should consider buying another Komodo Kamado. Now, however, there are so many to choose from. These Komodos are additive. That great feeling you get from buying something new and cool has not worn off yet. I do not think it ever will. Somedays, I just sit in the backyard and enjoy the view of my Ultimate 23 Komodo Kamado. I cannot say that about anything else I have ever bought. enif420
Poochie
If you talk real nice to Dennis, he'll sell you another one. But you're right about there being lots of choices now. I've got a 21" and I haven't found anything that won't fit on it yet. When the bottom grates become available, I'll get one just to add even more versatility. Everyone loves to see food cooking on 'em, so think about posting some current pictures of your cooks. Never gets old looking at food porn! CeramicChef
enif - I find my KK infinitely more enjoyable to use than a mere stove/range. The food simply tastes so much better when done on the KK. Most folks think of the KK as a work of art that acts as a grill, smoker, roaster, oven, etc. but through be told, the KK is simply the most versatile cooker I've ever used, indoors or out! bosco
When I viewed CCs unboxing thread I was shocked to see the care in packaging and the fact that he was given a replacement kit for everything that may fail one day... That to me was just such a cool feature. To do this for a customer without asking is incredible!!!
tony b
I hear yah, enif420! When we remodeled the kitchen about 7 years ago, I did not have a conventional oven installed, only a gas cooktop and Advantium microwave oven overhead. Do almost everything that would go into an oven on the KK, just like you. Great minds, eh?
