Fetzervalve
This is from last week - be gentle, it's my first time. Now let's eat! I threw on a little grocery store chicken rub (very exotic, I know) and tossed it on.
Sanny
How was it? That's the most important question you need to answer.

samantha
It looks good, I personally like a little more browning on the outside to crisp up that skin that is so bad for us.
Fetzervalve
It was great - best ever My kids said it tasted like "restaurant chicken", coming from them, that's a big complement! We typically don't eat the skin, next time I may up the temp a little and try for more color.
Farmer John
So did you brine it? Did you brine it first or season and cook? Did you do the 350 temp or a lower one? Smoke or no smoke. Come on my son, we need details! John

Did it around 350, I think I threw in a few cherry chips but I have been trying so many new things and I found these pics on the camera from last week......I'm a little hazy. I'll do better next time.
