It was great - best ever :wink:

My kids said it tasted like "restaurant chicken", coming from them, that's a big complement!

We typically don't eat the skin, next time I may up the temp a little and try for more color.

Re: So did you brine it?

Did you brine it first or season and cook? Did you do the 350 temp or a lower one? Smoke or no smoke. Come on my son, we need details!

Okay, no brine, just season and cook. Did it around 350, I think I threw in a few cherry chips but I have been trying so many new things and I found these pics on the camera from last week......I'm a little hazy. :smt095

I'll do better next time.
