Fetzervalve Posted October 22, 2006 Author Report Posted October 22, 2006 It was great - best ever My kids said it tasted like "restaurant chicken", coming from them, that's a big complement! We typically don't eat the skin, next time I may up the temp a little and try for more color.

Did it around 350, I think I threw in a few cherry chips but I have been trying so many new things and I found these pics on the camera from last week......I'm a little hazy. I'll do better next time.
