Danny B Posted June 30, 2016 Report Posted June 30, 2016 I just finished smoking a rainbow trout and it turned out better that I thought it would. Brined it over night and smoked it for about 6 hours. The first three with skin on and the 3 more after skinned was removed. I wish you could smell this! So good!!! 2 Quote
