We have smoke tested all Komodos with a smoldering bucket of teak saw dust since September.. Yup, one more little way we ensure your Komodo will bring only happiness.. Quote
samantha Posted November 26, 2006 Report Posted November 26, 2006 I do like a man in the Happiness business! Kiln drying and pre-testing/inspecting would eliminate many problems the competitor faces. But then it comes down to a completely different mind set. You try everything you can to prevent the common problems and the competitor just tries to make excuses or ignore the problems (classic ostrich management). A wise manager does not allow the customer to get to an angry state, because there is very little chance of salvaging an angry customer. Quote
