MacKenzie Posted March 21, 2018 Report Posted March 21, 2018 Spring is here, according to the calendar but the ground is all white here and about to get a little more white tomorrow, here comes the 4th nor'easter in a row. Just put me in the mood to get the grill out.;) Plated with some frozen veggies from last summer. 3

tony b Posted March 22, 2018 Report Posted March 22, 2018 Nice chops! I hear yah! They say we might get from 3" - 8" Friday night/Saturday morning, depending on where the rain/snow divide line falls across the state. Spring, my ass!! 1
MacKenzie Posted March 22, 2018 Author Report Posted March 22, 2018 Exactly, Tony, I just finished a little stint with the snow blower and the storm is not over. I am sooo glad I had the KK out for a spin yesterday, it did feel good.
tony b Posted March 22, 2018 Report Posted March 22, 2018 And, the weather forecast for next week isn't looking too spiffy for outdoor cooking either! 1
MacKenzie Posted March 23, 2018 Author Report Posted March 23, 2018 Another chop dinner, this time with sweet onions and apples. 2

Shuley Posted March 24, 2018 Report Posted March 24, 2018 I never thought of spinning a pork chop. Awesome idea. And man, pork chops with apples are awesome. 1
tony b Posted March 24, 2018 Report Posted March 24, 2018 Nice job, MacKenzie. As predicted earlier, no grilling for me tonight - 5 inches of white stuff already and it's supposed to keep it up until late afternoon!
