Baguette with sauce, balsamic vinegar, fresh mozzarella, chives, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper. I actually took the chives off before putting things on the grill. Almost ready- Served. Close up view-1 point

Thanks everyone for your kind words. I am glad to be an owner of the best kamado in the world. Now time for a name. I had three names in mind when I first placed my order but I have since changed my mind. Since I plan on spending lots of time with my KK I'm thinking now of a girls name since I prefer to be in the company of ladies more....no offense boys.1 point

Here is a side-by-side with the 23" OTB... All I can say is Dennis has once again over-built the newest addition to the family. All of the KK goodness poured into this baby and she really isn't that much smaller. I'm in love with the higher capacity lid space, and as you can see that makes her look bigger than the 23". The wide fire box / basket are awesome.
