  2. Round 2 Fortunately I was home alone for lunch so this last sausage is all mine. Done. Another batch of air fries and I did steam them for two mins then used palm oil because I though it would help on the colour. Just out of the air fryer, no seasoning added yet. Plated. No way are these the perfect deep fried fries but they are still very good, well worth getting the Air Fryer.

On the guru I often seen bosco rave on about his pork ribs using John Henry's peach rub smoked over peach and thought that sounds kewl (bit of southern Georgia spelling there lol )well its on the smell is divine I used this on my chook thighs the other day tasted pretty good even the next day for lunch can't wait to try the ribs Outback Kamado Bar and Grill

  4. Love Szechuan peppercorns, so that one would be my choice here. My "standard" fried chicken recipe is something similar to the first one, but with Frank's hot sauce in the buttermilk marinade instead of the cayenne. I'll pass on those dipping sauces. The last one, all I can say is "Meh!" Nothing going on there for me.

  5. I have a Mapp and hardly use it anymore. I find that it sparks my lump too much and I usually get burnt or ruin a shirt. I am back to rutland starters and a bento lighter. It works great and its not fuss, no chemicals, and I don't get burnt
