Pecan-crusted pork tenderloin pinwheels with Carolina mustard sauce from my very good friend [in my dreams] Chris Lilly. Strips of swine tenderloin rolled up with bacon, crusted with ground pecans. A hint of hickory smoke to take it over the top. Fantastic. Soooooooey!

Lovely rack of belly pork ,steamed for 5 hours on 200f in Soy , Ginger , honey and Lemon Grass , then flipped it ,flamed it [emoji91]served it . Few fresh Toms is all that is needed here . Could eat this with a spoon and pretty mouthwatering [emoji9]. The smell from this cook was incredible, I just sat there for 3 hours [emoji28]. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks for the Boeshield Information. Going to order some and check it out. Being a boater....everything I own gets rusty/corroded/pitted/etc. I have had great results with the fluid film on steel, aluminum, battery terminals, trailer hitches, locks, stainless steel, etc. Besides the fact that it works well, it has no explosive solvents. Important when used in the bilge/engine area. It was developed for the marine and off shore drilling environments. FLUID FILM® is formulated from specially processed wool-wax, highly refined petroleum oils and selected agents to provide corrosion control, penetration, metal wetting and water displacement. Simple cook tonight. Deboned, skin on chicken breasts dry brined, then skin side down on the direct side. Once browned, flipped into a pan of melted butter and basil for basting and braising on the indirect side.

Oh the heck with it, it’s not worth buying the instrumentation. We all have our heat deflectors of choice, on to the next mental meander. And cook.

While I know that this would be super tasty, my GI tract is growling at me just from looking at the pictures!

Reminds me that I have a gift certificate from a local butcher shop that's about to expire. They put together something they call "Miami Roll." Have no clue where the name came from, but it's a whole pork tenderloin, wrapped in tenderized beef (think cube steak), all wrapped in bacon. You can buy a whole one ($$) or they slice it into 2" thick slabs. Pretty good stuff.

Stop it, you're making me hungry. 😜 I can't wait for it to get here. Any idea how long it took to get shipping info or getting a confirmation from Dennis? I would imagine from Cali to AZ shouldn't take too long to get here once it's on a truck. I got the automated purchase email when I bought it, but haven't heard anything since that. I know I've waited five years, so I should just relax, but I'm trying to be patient and failing miserably.
