Between a 1/4 cup of brown sugar and about 32 oz of Ginger Beer reduced down it was definitely a sweet sauce. Next time I make it I'll probably omit the brown sugar and add a heat component to it.That should make it slightly sweet with a touch of heat. Coupled with the ginger undertones should be perfect.

Sunday we had beef ribs. Not bad for $1.99 per lb. Last night I wanted to try a new BBQ sauce recipe. Although it was inspired by the Internet, I mixed and matched 2 different recipes to come up with my version. Ginger Beer BBQ Sauce A sweet sauce with a slight hint of ginger. Tested it out on a couple of skinless chicken thighs.

It's what they are made out of that is the problem. There really is no standard so some hold up better than others. I don't really remember all the details.

Not exactly true. Years ago the National Archives started transferring everything to CD. Now they have figured out not all CD's are created equal. Over time a lot of the CD's hazed over and some outright cracked and that was stored in a controlled environment. Now they have to go back and redo all that work in straight digital.

Not hard. Only model I would be interested in is the 19" table top in either Terra Blue or Dark Autumn Nebula. Both in inventory in LA. Will talk again with Mrs skreef tonight and then I'll see about talking to Dennis. Not 100% sure I can swing this but probably.

Terra Blue to match or Dark Autumn Nebula either one in square tiles - but that's all the details for now.

I need to talk to Dennis first before the color decision is made - we're down to 2 choices - more details in th the weeks to follow. Anyone want to but a pair of Akorns - LOL

If they made a table top version I would consider it. I already have a Backyard Bistro building picked out that really needs table top KK's. Mrs skreef gave me the option of what comes next - A) another KK or B ) Backyard Bistro building I'm going for the KK - it can call the front porch home for now.
