  11. TY Robert - once the idea came to me I figured it would be a fun presentation.
  12. Ying Yang Shrimp: hot, sour, orange - sweet Blueberry BBQ Ying-Yang Rice: white Jasmin - black wild Ying-Yang vegetables: parmesan, garlic corn - honey, rosemary carrots Ingredients for the Blueberry BBQ Sauce. Ingredients for the hot, sour, orange sauce. The sauces. The main ingredients. Sizzle carrots and corn on the KK. Shrimp on the Akorn. A Ying-Yang Shrimp Dinner How this came about: From time to time I make adult beverages using orange bitters. I got thinking, I could make a sour orange shrimp. What would go with that? Sweet Blueberry shrimp. That's sort of Ying-Yang. What else could I Ying-Yang? White and black rice. Carrots and corn. A different kind of cook was born.
  13. I really didn't need to see this post - LOL
  14. Quick, simple dinner - nothing wrong with that.
  15. One inch steaks are the perfect thickness for md rare caveman style. Thicker and you get a almost Burnt exterior to get to md rare. Thinner are more well done to get the right char. I've done it a couple of times and would do it again. A great way to wow your guests.

    Kabobs

I too almost always separate out my kabobs. There are some items that are similar in size and cook times that can go together. But different sizes or cook times get separate skewers.
  17. When you get your battery problem solved we want to see a picture of that tray. And when your KK's arrive don't think we're going to take "batteries died" as an excuse - just sayin ......... Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk

    Kabobs

Great looking kabobs - I love kabobs.
  19. Nice salmon and great write up. Took me a long time to finally figure out how to cook fish on a grill with out it sticking and tearing apart. Another trick I learned from the Internet - use a LG 2 prong bbq fork. Put it down through the grates. Slide it over to the fish and gently try and lift it from the underside. If it still sticks give it a little more time. When it's ready it will release at which point you can flip it. Spaculas can really massacre fish especially if it wasn't ready to release yet.
  20. Never seen those before but that doesn't surprise me. Our selection of lamb where I live really sucks. Looks very tasty.
  21. Nice cook. I like the simple but tasty meals.
