  1. Looks wonderful, and thank you for the information on the recipe.
  2. Looks great and I like that smoke ring as well.
  3. Ok I couldn't resist, how cheap are you?
  4. I love winter and hockey (bring it on) and it gets cold here in Chicagoland. I grew up in northern PA in the Allegheny National Forest, not all that far from Buffalo, NY, we know what snow is all about. We used to play hockey on frozen over beaver dams. Anyway I digress, when it's snowing heavy I have a sunbrella heavy duty patio umbrella I use, plus I have the sunbrella grill cover Dennis sells. I am all set. Bosco, I am sure you will figure out a stop gap solution so you can cook over the winter.
  5. Great cook, yet another masterpiece.
  6. No I did not. Where do I register? I really like the humor of Henny Youngman, George Carlin, Burns and Schrieber and folks like that.
  7. I love it! Two guys talking, one asks: what does your uncle do? The other says; he is a lumber jack in the Sahara forest. The other guy says. you mean the Sahara Desert. The other guy says ---- yea, now!!!!
  8. I re-use aluminum pans and aluminum foil all the time, in fact a little bird sat outside my window telling all my neighbors about me; saying cheap, cheap, cheap cheap.
  9. Good for you Chicagobill. You will not be disappointed and looking forward to your review.
  10. I guess at one time brisket was a cheap cut, but not since I have been buying it! Anxious to see how this turns out, you must be going through KK withdrawal.

    Yakatori Chicken

This looks really good! I'll have to give it a try, sounds like something my wife would really like.
  12. I agree in business and in life I look for win-win situations.
  13. One time while driving through Tennessee, I saw a sign for a roadside BBQ joint that stated "You Can Smell Our Butts a Mile Away". I love that type of humor. I wanted to stop, but the film crew I was with were sure it wouldn't be safe food, I think they and I missed out on some great BBQ.
  14. Oh yea, you are so right.
  15. Well one would think so, but no leftovers, they went home with our guests. My wife tells me I am generous to a fault, but then again so is she. I guess we're two peas in a pod
  16. Welcome, welcome, welcome ... please post some pics.
  17. Yep and they were not small (each about 8lbs) no question about it there is a lot of real estate on the 32. I absolutely love it. I have the rotisserie attachment as well and plan on cooking a whole small pig in October. I will be sure to post pics.
  18. Yes I did, it works like a charm. By the way I loved your last two posts.
