Cut a hole in the lid and scraped out the seeds.
.mixed up some cloves cinnamon nutmeg and purple crack.
.in goes the onion and garlic.
.evoo and spices all mixed up.
.I stuffed up the lid but improvised. 
.Ready to go .
. On it goes for 2 hours.

The basket has to cut outs on either end for the rod to go through and two screws that tighten down onto the rod to stop it moving

You are the master of ribs Aussie. I can never find ribs in Brisbane with that much meat on them. At $20/kg they have about 60- 70% bone mass so I never buy them.
Troble that bird looks plump and juicy.

Great cooks everyone. Gave some pork ribs a sprinkle of purple crack and salt on the bottom then hit the top with some blazing pepper steak rub with a dash of gunpowder.cant wait. On it goes .
