  2. Im with you mate unless its an issue with the supplier that inhibits the supply one would think you would keep stocking what sells. Maybe try talking to them and letting them know you are keen

That maybe true but the easiest way to solve a cash flow problem is to actually stock the products that sell out quickly so you can make some cash. Unlike the soap bars that sit in the store for months on end without selling.

I've made pasta before. Mrs skreef didn't like the crazy flour mess I made in the kitchen. You know since I cooked she gets to clean my mess B)

  3. Nicley done yum

    Lazy pizza tonight.
Had the first pizza on an hour fifteen from lighting the fire with a steady temp at 275c. That’s 520f.
Preheated the stone in the electric oven and put it in the KK 50 minutes after lighting the fire. I knew that oven would come in useful for something.

Sourdough crust. Room to improve on my dough, but pleased with the balanced heat from stone to dome.
Previously couldn’t get the timing right as I’d underestimate how long it took to heat sink the stone.

  7. Tony lucky I'm here to enlighten you .adding sauce to the butt after a few hours actually helps achieve a fantastic .bark which is tasty . You can still add sauce after shredding .this way you get the best of both worlds

You had me up to the sauce. I don't think that I've ever sauced a butt on the grill. Tossed it in NC vinegar sauce once I've pulled it - yeah, only way for this Southern boy to roll!

  9. Hope everyone is ok . W.A has just inforced a total border shut down .along with the interstate restrictions .the majority of our infections which currently stand in W.A is 400 people the majority is from travellers . Which makes us an island within a island. Our major task at the momment is cruise ships they are rocking up from everywhere. But they are people that need help and that's what normal people do help those in need
