  2. Cheers bosco the rod is great I could definitely tell how much more moist it's was melted in my mouth. One thing I took note on Was the rod sits higher up more than on the Kj. Nice cook Bruce looks tasty when I unpacked Ora I pulled the front and rear vents out to get the tape of the inside that was securing the packaging and cleaned the slots out and pushed everything firmly in place. Figured out the basket splitter the basket only likes to sit perfectly one way in this position it wobbles a bit but was easy to put together I managed to put it the other way but was a bit more mucking around but the basket sits flush and does not wobble cool getting ready to spin thiswas planning on doing my burn in today but slept in I'm starting work early tomorrow and did not want to be up all night so it's below 400f cooks for now Outback Kamado Bar and Grill[emoji621]

  21. Cheers Bruce that steak sounds good having a Kj classic for nearly 2 years I've learnt to keep it clean and cooking things like sticky Drumsticks are best done in a pan but I know I have to get it dirty Outback Kamado Bar and Grill[emoji621]
