Yes to help. Like Bosco's idea. Doesn't hurt to ask.

Alright folks, she's almost home. Question for ya'll. To get my KK home to the backyard I can lay down some plywood sheets to roll it to a point near the low landscape wall in the distance, at which point I need to roll down a slight grade. You can get an idea of the grade by looking at the wall on the left. Not terribly steep, but a rolling grill with momentum would be hazardous.
What are your ideas for managing the roll down the hill and avoiding a runaway grill situation?

Olive gold! This is the store pic of the one I picked:
Told my daughter she could name it. I fear for what we'll end up with.

Thanks, Charles! If I learn to use mine half as well as you do yours, I'm gonna need a bigger belt (to quote Richard Dreyfus in Jaws).

Ordered. Was in ready stock in CA, so should be here in Aug. I think this means bosco wins the pool!

Good thoughts on the cabinet and side tables. Was noodling through exactly that. I know there will be a second KK, but not 100% sure what size that will be (leaning 32), so thinking I will defer on cabinet and go with left teak side table only for now. My guess is #2 will happen in Spring 2017.

Good to know on the cold smoker. Will add that to the list.
-
Hadn't seen the baking steel on the accessory list, but will ask Dennis about it.
Anyone have experience with the cold-smoker yet? My usual cold-smoking "rig" is an Amazen Tube Smoker tossed below a deflector. Cheap, but effective.
I definitely admire the cabinets and could use a larger work surface where this will be deployed.

Plywood and some burly, much younger guys. My daughter has some of her burliest guy friends lined up, so should be ok.
Yours arrived yet, @Aussie Ora? Any minute, no?
