braindoc Posted July 4, 2021 Report Posted July 4, 2021 Four small thin pies. Cooked at about 560°. This was the first high temp cook and there was some venting, but no loose tiles. My wife was following the Al Forno recipe fron their book Cucina Simpatica. Overall, we were pleased with this first effort. Happy 4th! 5
