Thanks to the packing it was in pristine condition. The crate was built better than a lot of furniture these days. I am still getting a handle on using the KK. I am quite surprised at how easily I can regulate temperature using the top and bottom vents. The thermometer did not ship with the unit but from what I hear it arrives separately (??)
