Good question. I'm sure someone on this forum will figure out a way to make it work!!

If you really, really wanted to do this......you could drill out the shaft going from basket to the socket, the inside of the basket, the socket, the socket to motor shaft and extend it. Then lastly drill out the back of the motor. Hehe :wink:

If I were to put a sprung drilled out solid shaft with a bearing on the left side and put a plug connection in the bottom of the socket, the cradle shaft could have the male counterpart.. Out the LEFT side.
