Sanny
Do you cook in a pan over heat? Or do you use a rack in the pan? Or just right on the grill? What's your method?
DavidS
Do you cook in a pan over heat? Or do you use a rack in the pan? Or just right on the grill? What's your method? I cut a cheap throw away from Wally world in half and cover with foil, cut holes in the foil and cook indirect on main grill at 225.

DavidS
Re: Meat Loaf Nice to see your recipe....Thanks I use the "Ain't Momma's Meat Loaf" recipe from Smoke & Spice cookbook as the base. Add a little rub or pepper to taste.
Firemonkey
It should be mentioned that when dealing with ground meat, a little bit of smoke goes a long way. Be careful if you add any smoke wood at all. I generally just go with the smoke from the lump when doing meat loaf.
