Sanny Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 Do you cook in a pan over heat? Or do you use a rack in the pan? Or just right on the grill? What's your method? Quote
DavidS Posted February 1, 2009 Author Report Posted February 1, 2009 Do you cook in a pan over heat? Or do you use a rack in the pan? Or just right on the grill? What's your method? I cut a cheap throw away from Wally world in half and cover with foil, cut holes in the foil and cook indirect on main grill at 225. Quote

U2PLT Posted February 16, 2009 Report Posted February 16, 2009 Meat Loaf Nice to see your recipe....Thanks Quote
DavidS Posted February 17, 2009 Author Report Posted February 17, 2009 Re: Meat Loaf Nice to see your recipe....Thanks I use the "Ain't Momma's Meat Loaf" recipe from Smoke & Spice cookbook as the base. Add a little rub or pepper to taste. Quote
Firemonkey Posted February 17, 2009 Report Posted February 17, 2009 It should be mentioned that when dealing with ground meat, a little bit of smoke goes a long way. Be careful if you add any smoke wood at all. I generally just go with the smoke from the lump when doing meat loaf. Quote
