mk1 Posted June 22, 2013 Author Report Posted June 22, 2013 Re: Tower of Steak That pic was me cutting up a couple of fresh, never frozen strip primals. Grass fed. We vacuum seal them in family size packs. Keep some fresh for a week or so in the fridge and freeze the rest.... n67481
