Our beast arrived day before yesterday.It will be a few days till we have enough manpower here to move onto the newly reno'd deck but we couldn't wait that long so we uncrated her in the driveway and fired her right up…..pulled some chairs around the crate;poured some bubbly to celebrate and chowed down on some scored rib eyes….Delicious! Yesterday we did the vapour burn off all day and finished with a roast chicken that was truly the best we ever had.Can't wait to have fun with this in the days ahead…what a privilege to cook on her!
