Yes, I agree.  Too much room - that is why I decided to order a suckling pig for 4th of July.      I need to push its capacity. CGL

ooohhh cgl i did a suckling pig for new years eve.  de-boned it and then stuffed back up with pork buts to make sure that it was a consistent thickness so it would all get cooked about the same time.

 

I now have twice as many people wanting to come to this new years eve...

Davey,  much did the piggy weight?  I am getting a 30 lbs. and I am anticipating that it is going be too small for the Tank.  I really want to push its limits.

Was my cook.  It was 20 lb and then stuffed with 2 boston buts to help make sure that it cooked evenly.

I know you said that you don't do a lot of pictures, but you MUST take pictures of the whole piggie on the Tank!!
