DaveyR Posted July 2, 2015 Report Posted July 2, 2015 ooohhh cgl i did a suckling pig for new years eve. de-boned it and then stuffed back up with pork buts to make sure that it was a consistent thickness so it would all get cooked about the same time. I now have twice as many people wanting to come to this new years eve...

cgl Posted July 2, 2015 Author Report Posted July 2, 2015 Davey, much did the piggy weight? I am getting a 30 lbs. and I am anticipating that it is going be too small for the Tank. I really want to push its limits.
