Aussie Ora
everything looks perfect. I really want that straight rod. I hope that they hit the website soon! how did it compare to previous spins on the KJ? Cheers bosco the rod is great I could definitely tell how much more moist it's was melted in my mouth. One thing I took note on Was the rod sits higher up more than on the Kj. Might make it a bit of a challenge to get really good crackle but will keep tryingOutback Kamado Bar and Grill

pesto3
Great first spin Joe! I bet you're loving that new KK. It doesn't look like there was much lump in there? Or does it just look like that with the KK set up. What temp did you spin it at?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Aussie Ora
The lump I have been getting ashes . After a shake of the basket there was heaps left. I got around 375. tinyfish
Looks like a great spin to me. Maybe you can try full on direct, no basket splitter next time, that might help things.
