Pequod Posted February 11, 2017 Report Posted February 11, 2017 Saw this mentioned in the new issue of Milk Street Magazine. Looks like a spiffy idea, especially for those of us with large numbers of cookbooks. Going to try the free membership. https://www.eatyourbooks.com/ 1 Quote

tony b Posted February 12, 2017 Report Posted February 12, 2017 I own hundreds of cookbooks, so while the concept is great, it'd take me hours and hours, just to enter all of them into the database. Quote

The Milk Street folks thought of that one too. For $20 you can buy a USB bar code scanner on Amazon. Scan in all the ISBN's, then copy and paste into an import field on the website. I went ahead and upgraded to the full membership. Found out I have dozens of recipes for guacamole! Quote
tony b Posted February 12, 2017 Report Posted February 12, 2017 That might be do-able. What's the full membership run? Is it "one time" or an annual fee? Quote
