tony b Posted May 31, 2017 Report Posted May 31, 2017 Was it a skin-on belly? Those I've found hard to get. There one small independent grocery store here where I can get them occasionally. Now that I've gotten the OctoForks, might be time to try another one on the roti.

So porchetta, a pasta tortellini dish, and a Caesar salad. Only took pics of the prochetta on the KK Did you get some crackle looks goodOutback Kamado Bar and Grill 1
Paul Posted June 1, 2017 Report Posted June 1, 2017 Lots of crackle. I took the pics 2 hours into the cook. Last 1/2 hour was at 500* to maximize the crackle. 1
